Over 200 types of injected plastic parts with weights between 1 and 500 grams for engines and power tools
Materials: PA, PP, POM, PC, TPE, EPDM, etc. We use plain and reinforced materials.
500 tons of technical polymers processed annually

Assembly

Over 1.5 million parts yearly
There are several options from which to choose, ranging from mechanical fasteners and adhesives to friction and heat methods, each with distinct advantages.

Molds maintenance

Tool longevity is just as important to part cost and quality as the design and build. Regular, careful maintenance can prevent part failures and lower the overall cost of your injection molding program.
